This is my recommendation for Val. It is difficult to write a recommendation when you have received service above and beyond. At some point you begin to take for granted to following:

Teamwork: Val and Celeste work as an incredible team - they are both informed and up to date on the status of a contract. Whether Val or Celeste is your lead they compliment each other and work together...period. If the lead has something important to address the partner has their back.

Attention to detail: Each part of the process was scrutinized and reviewed leaving nothing to chance. Parties were well informed about each step of the process.

Advocacy: This should probably be considered the top point. Val tirelessly advocates for the client - looking to their best interests in every situation (we had them). This is priceless in an agent and it doesn’t always exist!

Professionalism: And to thIs point a consideration of the details - looking at the situation presented, considering the options and then thinking about the best way to move forward. Frequent updates and feedback. Sending of listings and trying to zero in on what the client wants. We were not easy to figure out but Val patiently worked toward figuring out what we wanted.

Empathy: Was available to talk me off the ledge about a few issues.

Expertise: Thorough knowledge of real estate and knows how to find answers when questions come up.
